Product Packaging Standards
We adopt the following packaging style according to different fasteners such as rivets, screws, shafts, transportation distance, and customer requirements.
Protection Packaging, Bubble, anti-rust paper, shockproof partition, etc.
- Classification and Packing: Classify products per specification and models; pack with clear labeling to facilitate counting and use.
- Individual Packaging: This service is related to customers` needs for corporate logo printing, special structural designs or mixed Less-than-Container Load (LCL) packaging.
Shipping Process
Before the delivery of each batch of products from the factory, the quality inspection and shipment confirmation can be carried out:
Final Product Inspection: Carry out full inspection or sampling inspection according to the drawing, including dimension, surface treatment, strength and other key indexes.
Packaging Verification: Ensure that the packaging specifications and quantities are consistent with the order.
- Shipping Confirmation: Verify the shipping details and give the customers tracking numbers with estimated arrival times.
- Loading and Delivery: Ensure that you arrange the loading of your goods adequately depending on the mode of logistics you choose for safety and efficiency.
