Our extensive product range includes rivets, screws, nails, axles, iron wires, springs, molds, machinery, and spare parts. These products are widely applied in aviation, marine, toys, lighting fixtures, luggage, doors and windows, strollers, stationery, sports equipment, electronics and more.
Jiliang Machinery Hardware not only offers a wide range of standardized products but also focuses on providing customized solutions for our clients. We are capable of manufacturing rivets, screws, axles, and other products that meet specific dimensions, material requirements, and performance standards as per our clients’ unique needs. We provide comprehensive technical support, covering material selection, product design optimization, and manufacturing process guidance, to ensure seamless integration of our products into our clients’ production applications.
To ensure the high precision and consistency of our products, we have introduced advanced processing equipment from Taiwan, including nail-making machines, semi-tubular heading machines, screw heading machines, thread rolling machines, multi-stroke (multi-station) heading machines, CNC lathes, and iron wire bending machines. In addition, we have established a stringent quality assurance system that strictly controls every link from raw material procurement to product production, inspection, and final delivery, ensuring that each product meets or exceeds the highest industry standards.

At Jiliang, we’re more than just a manufacturer—we’re a team of makers, problem-solvers, and long-term partners. Since our founding in 2008, we’ve been committed to creating high-quality fasteners that power industries and connect ideas.
We officially opened our doors on January 24, 2008, in Dongguan, Guangdong—right in the heart of China’s manufacturing powerhouse. The environment here gave us a great head start, but like many businesses, we faced our share of challenges in the beginning. The competition was fierce, and not many people knew our name yet.
till, we believed in what we were building. We brought in advanced domestic equipment and started focusing on the essentials—rivets and nails. Taking rivets as an example, at that time, we could produce rivets ranging from 1.2mm to 5mm in diameter and up to 30mm in length, with monthly output around 500,000 pieces.
Little by little, word got out. Thanks to consistent quality, our products found a home in the luggage, kids’ products, and stationery industries. Within half of a year, our customer base grew from just a few to over 20 companies.
From day one, we emphasized brand building and product quality, laying the cornerstone for long-term development.
As our customers’ needs evolved, so did we. We knew we couldn’t rely on the same products forever. So we built our own R&D team and started expanding our range. We began making more complex fasteners—rivets and screws up to 9mm in diameter and 85mm in length, with more intricate shapes and materials.
We also widened our material options to include stainless steel, iron, aluminum, titanium, and both red and yellow copper. This helped us serve more industries and applications, from industrial machinery to consumer products.
As demand grew, we needed more space. We moved from our original site in Shatian to a new factory in Houjie Town. Our workshop space jumped from 1,000 to 4,500 square meters, and we added five new production lines—tripling our output. The move marked a big leap in both efficiency and capacity.
Introducing advanced equipment from Taiwan, including nail-making machines, semi-hollow and screw heading machines, thread rollers, CNC lathes, and multi-station formers, helped us ensure tighter tolerances, higher consistency, and better performance across the board.
Today, our core product lineup includes rivets, screws, nails, axles, wire forms, springs, molds, relevant machines and mechanical parts. You’ll find our parts in everything from aircraft and ships to toys, lighting, sports gear, and electronics.
We also earned multiple quality certifications and implemented strict quality controls—keeping tolerances within ±0.05mm and achieving a 98%+ pass rate in random sampling. Our clients know they can count on us not just for products, but for support and collaboration. We don’t just sell fasteners—we help build better solutions.
We’ve always believed that great products and service speak for themselves. Over the years, our client base has grown far beyond our home city. Today, we serve customers across China and have expanded into Southeast Asia, Europe, the Americas, and more.
